The role of exercise in weight loss:

Exercise is vital in gaining good physical and mental health.  When embarking on a weight loss journey and lifestyle change, remember to start out slowly with exercise and to work yourself up as you become healthier and more mobile.

Also, a very common misconception people have is the amount of calories burned when exercising.  It takes a vigorous 1 hour run to burn of a small cheeseburger, so always remember:  you can't out train a bad diet!
Drinking Water after Workout
Does Water really make a difference?

And the answer is:  YES!!!  Water helps to keep the body hydrated, aids in bowel regulation, acts as an appetite suppressant and the list goes on!  It has been proven at our clinic that by drinking the prescribed amount of water, you stand a much greater chance to reach goal weight AND keep the weight off!  So bottoms up!
Get the circulation going:

Oats and Epsom salt scrub.

1 cup plain oats
1 cup Epsom salts
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of rosemary leaves chopped.

Mix al the ingredients  except the  salt and add hot water to cover just enough to make a paste (NOT BOILING)
Let it sit to soften for 15 minutes and add the salts, mix well.
Spread and rub handfuls of the paste  over legs  and body in circular movements while standing in the bath.
After this you can relax in a warm bath while the magnesium in the salts  do its magic.
Wash with soap of your choice, maybe a very nice lavender.
Briskly towel dry. Finish with a body cream or body butter.
Your skin will feel soft  and glowing.

And start living healthy  - today!
