How to get started:

 

If you have come to the point where you have had enough of feeling lost

inside your body and you are ready for change, then and only then you

can consider a lifestyle change.

George; South Africa.  If you are from outside these regions, you can contact us for a telephonic

consultation and follow ups will be done via e-mail.

How does it work:

Our plan consists of three steps:

 

1: Lose excess weight with a specified kilojoule reduced eating plan according to your specific needs, with

    or without aid of daily Lipolytic injections or prescribed medication - only if and as needed, weekly or

    bi weekly weigh in sessions with Dr Rossouw, Julie van Heerden or online via email.

2: Stabilize from step one and re introduce a larger variety of food and portion size to current meal plan.

3: Maintain goal weight.

 

By completing step one AND two, you vastly improve your chances of keeping off the weight for good,
